Can anyone help me figure out whats going on here.
The green circles are growing really well, the rest is growing fine but is yellower, and grows slower.
I'm a complete novice, and wondered what product might fix this.

It was all laid in June from the same batch, and has taken well.
Its very clay soil but there was a good depth of topsoil all over, we do have a labrador but I dont think it's her.

Grass can look like that when certain areas are compacted and with poor drainage. You should spike the lawn where areas are pale. Give the whole lawn a hard rake over to lift out built up thatch from dead grass cuttings which tends to stop water getting though.

Long-term top-dress with topsoil. Using a stiff broom to brush it into the areas. That will help to slowly build an even surface.
  • Thank you so much thats great, I shall give that a go.
