Butternut squash?

Please does anyone know if this is simply an unripe butternut squash or another variety? I do have some butternuts which have gradually ripened from cream / light green to golden yellow but the green ones have been like this for several weeks.

    There are a few butternut squash varieties with that colouratiion and the shape is right. :)
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
