I do have a holly bush that I am struggling to find a space for - ilex aquifolium. One of those quite expensive but not well thought out purchases and it is waiting for a home...
Could that work on the left? My fear is it will take up far too much space over time and, sadly, I may need to abandon it to a neighbour!
Holly can be clipped as topiary etc. but you do need to keep on top of it. There's one in a front garden near us that was kept as a "lollipop" many years, then the house changed hands and it's now taller than the house.

Personally, I would go for a narrow/columnar camellia in the left corner. It would act as an evergreen structural backdrop plant and it goes well with woodland or shade planting.
