pomegranate leaves have got brown/reddish spots

Hello all, me again!

My 4 month old pomegranate leaves have started to turn a reddish brown colour, does anyone know why this is happening? Im new to gardening so please tell me if im just being paranoid and everythings fine haha.

    In the UK pomegranate are deciduous. I have a plant I grew from a seed and it has started to turn brown and drop its leaves. I have no idea if it is deciduous in its country of origin. I am resigned to my tree never fruiting as the UK does not a hot enough climate.
