Quick Growing
in Plants
Hello can anyone give me help with tall growing Plants or even Trees that will hide the new fencing I have had to have? Before it was filled with 15t high Budlllea which had
overtaken the Borders . Now it's gone but the Garden fence is not the most attractive feature!

There's a lot of scope for attaching baskets/troughs/shelves etc, and also having them linked with some nicely chosen climbers. Painting or staining the fence an appropriate colour will be a nice backdrop, and you can link it with your general colour scheme, or use a contrasting shade.
A couple of long, hefty battens attached to the fence posts would be great to hang stuff onto, and sturdier than those panels which wouldn't take any weight at all.
I have a similar thing here, with a fence which has some ivy on it, and there's another clematis or two to be added. I use a few sweet peas for summer, and I have a few baskets with hellebores and primulas, as well as some general groundcover/perennials.

I just clip wee bits off when I'm out deadheading, but my garden is quite self sufficient most of the time, so I have time to do that.
You're right - the smaller leaved ones are less of a problem too
