Is this Horsetail?

I've found a few small patches of this at my allotment and wonder if this is the dreaded Horsetail/Marestail. I've googled picture after picture and am just getting confused.

    Looks more like achillea foliage.

    Hope it's that then @Astro.Its under my apple trees where i'm planning a wild flower area with a small pond.It should fit right in! :)

    Yes @Klink it's certainly preferable to horsetail 🙂. I grow achillea and have a few colours, they certainly fit in well with wild flower planting.
