You just need to divide it. That helps keep it's variegation too. They tend to revert to being a bit green otherwise. It's not the best time of year to do it, but if it's relatively mild where you are, you could probably get away with it. Spring is best. Depending on it's size, you may get several plants which can be potted up and grown on.
