Tree identification help

Hello.

Would anyone be able to help me identify this tree growing in Devon?

    It's a long shot, but given it's flowering now I wonder if it could be a type of eucryphia?

    Thanks for the reply. Photo was taken today. The flowers are few and far between.

    Would it be possible to see clear pics to show the leaves.
    Would expect far more flowers on it in Devon.

    Yup, that's a Eucryphia all right, to know which variety you'd need to post closeups of the flower and leaf, but it looks as if it could be 'Rostrevor', 'Nymansay' or at a pinch E. x intermedia.

    Unfortunately the best closeups I have are in the original post and not very clear.
