  That looks like a red version of Begonia 'Glowing Embers' which has single orange  blooms with dark foliage .... I don't know of a scarlet or crimson version, but that's what yours looks like.

  Unforntunately I was chasing quite a few suppliers due to the China Virus, so I would struggle to identify the current one but I shall try that route. Thanks
