Tiny white eggs

I've found these clumps of tiny white eggs under plants around my flower bed. Can someone identify please?

    Slugs/snails.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    ok thanks, I'm sure that's not good - I take it that it's important for me to find and remove all of them!!

    If you don't want too many slugs and snails  ;)
    You can lay them out on a bird table if you have one, or paving, for the birds too. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
