Possible lily seed pods ??

can anyone confirm if these are seed poss and if so what do I need to do with them. Had lilies in the garden for years but never seen this before.

    It can happen occasionally to many lily and allium species.  Basically, they are 'bulbils' and are miniature bulbs which occasionally grow instead of the usual seeds.  If you plant them, they should grow but it will take a few years before they grow to flowering size.
    Some members of the onion family only reproduce this way and don't form seeds at all - Egyptian onions are like that:

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
