    The first one is Brachyglottis (aka Senecio), probably 'Sunshine', and the other two are oleanders, though I cannot say which ones.

    Photo 1 looks like Brachyglottis Greyi, an evergreen shrub.

    Photo 2 and 3 are Nerium Oleander shrubs. A frost hardy evergreen shrub/tree.

    Bl***dy hell guys that must be the fastest ID ever. Posted at 15.49 and 3 and 4 minutes later there both identified  :D
