phlox subulata ground cover - when to plant
in Plants
If I buy a supply of various phlox subulata and plug them into the ground now, will they survive winter and grow in next year? Or is it better to wait for spring at this point?
Thanks

If they're decent sized plants, and you have the plot for them prepped, you can plant any time unless ground is frozen or waterlogged. If it's waterlogged, it won't suit them though

They're tough wee plants, but they'll be better ones next year
