Need help and advise with my young Apricot tree - leaf spots.

Hi, Can anyone help me identify what is wrong with my Apricot tree please? I am new to growing fruit trees and I couldn't find similar images on-line. Does anyone know what disease is my apricot affected by and how to treat it? Any advise will be much appreciated, thanks.

    It is getting to towards autumn and all the leaves will fall off soon. Make sure you gather them up from beneath the tree. That way any fungal diseases do not splash back up with rain and reinfect new growth next spring.
