Plant ID please

Hi saw these 2 shrubs in a new housing complex near me and wondered what they were. Anyone know please?

    They are both Hebes, but difficult to specify which ones.

    @nick.adams11.  Hi Nick. Looking at the first photo it is very similar, if not the same, as one I have called Rhubarb and Custard. It has really flourished without any tlc. Sorry but I don't know what the second one is so maybe someone else will pick up on it.

    Hi - the second one MIGHT be albicans or something similar. If they have been used in a landscaping scheme, they won't be terribly rare varieties! They are wonderful plants. - evergreen foliage, flowers that insects like. As @Fran IOM says, they flourish very well with minimal fuss.
