Hi there - could well be - or more leaves.  Maybe wait a little more before you pinch it off.  I am currently growing Mammouth Basil in a tub.  Never had this variety before - always grown common Basil.

A late season herb garden.  Basil, parsley and some cutting onions.  I sowed strawberry mint in the little flower pot but nothing has surfaced.

Growing Holy basil,Thai basil and Lemon basil in the same pot inside with a grow lamp, but the Holy basil is growing a bit faster then the rest and is starting to get this thing on the top but i guess il wait a bit more then.

Better with Lemon basil in asian food then using lime juice, gives a better taste.

But if its going to flower stage does it mean i can start harvesting it when i need it for food without hurting the basil? like chop of the stem with the 4 leafes under the flower that i just snipped off now. its about 17cm tall and been growing inside with grow lamp for about 4 weeks now, Heat cable around the pot and heater in room so the temprature stays around 24-28C in dirt and room.

At the red marker, cut there to harvest it?

Yes, if you cut it like that, it should send out side shoots with more leaves on.

Yes.  I agree.  It will strengthen the plant too.
