left over seaweed feed

I made a bin load of seaweed feed this year. I've still got about a third left. I've taken all the sludge out and put it in the compost. what to do with the remaining liquid? is it worth watering it down and pouring it on to the compost or should I keep it for next year? I have plenty of access to seaweed so should I just make fresh next year or will 6 months make my brew even more potent? thanks, Lizzie x

Hi @Lizargh - I think if you dilute it appropriately, it should be fine for using next year, but it's not something I've ever done. You could certainly just add it to your compost bin.
I expect the potency may be reduced over time, but someone else may be able to advise better on that.
It's probably more 'reliable' if made fresh each year though. :)

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
