Is this dahlia mosaic virus?

Hi all,

This is my first year growing dahlias in my garden, and they are all looking pretty terrible. I'm concerned that this is dahlia mosaic virus and I'll need to destroy the plants, but wanted to get input from some of you with more experience. Thanks for your input!

    No, I’m in the U.S. I guess I’ll start fresh next year. Such a shame. 😞

    One of my dahlias look much like yours because of under watering when I was ill. I cut back  (about a month ago) and the leaves have grown back fine. The plant is about to flower again.
