Helping hydrangeas

I recently removed some unwanted plants from my flowerbed and added new ones. I left my hydrangeas intact but have had to increase watering because of the new plants in summer. The hydrangeas are now suffering and I’m afraid I’ve overwatered? Any ideas aside from lightening up on water (I.e B1, etc)? They’re very unhappy.

I'm assuming that you aren't in the UK  @Kellyaking ?
I'm not sure of what plants have been moved either, but it's hard to overwater Hydrangeas. What are they growing in, and what aspect?

Hydrangeas are shrubs which like cooler, shadier conditions, and moisture. If they don't get that, they struggle. If they've been moved in hot, dry conditions, they'll take while to recover.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
