You could look at one or two Prunus 'Amanagowa' which is a colummar cherry tree with pretty spring blossom. Doesn't spread out much but ideal for screening a particular window and giving some height. Think it grows to about 25ft but you might like to check that.
They do @Lizzie27, but they take a long time to reach that height. This is the problem with anyone wanting screening of this kind. It doesn't instantly become that size - it takes years. Even with a massive budget, buying very mature trees brings it's own problems, as it needs the skill to maintain them. There's no quick solution.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
