What Is This Raspberry Pest?

Over the summer I bought some Ruby Beauty dwarf raspberry bushes online. One is doing fine and is still producing raspberries now, the other is smaller and lots of small holes started appearing on all the leaves. I have now identified the culprits, does anyone know what they are, they don't look like any caterpillar I know, the legs don't look 100% caterpillar-ish. The bush is covered in them, does anyone know what they are and how to control them?

Raspberry sawfly caterpillar. Pick off by hand as many as you can. They will completely defoliate the stems if left, crippling next years crop.

Yes, it's definitely raspberry sawfly. This is going to be a long job, they are extremely small and good at hiding!
