Lawn feeding/maintenance for Autumn

Can anyone give me an idea when I should start to use Autumn lawn food please? I have used a summer one (feed only, with a separate lawn weed killer) but am wondering do I now need to switch to the weed, feed and moss killer type? Any recommendations as to what works for you welcome. Thank you

Autumn feeds are not the same as summer / spring feeds for example evergreen 4-1 is a Spring / summer fertiliser.  Autumn feed don't tend to have lawn weedkiller in them either so you'll have to spot treat weeds. I tend to give my lawn a iron sulphate treatment it kills the moss and toughens the turf up for over winter. If you want a granular autumn feed something like evergreen autumn lawn care it has moss killer and is high in potassium which is good for toughing up the grass against disease .

Depends on where you are in the country when its applied I am going to the one last summer feed which will last 4 weeks then go into autumn lawn care late sept / early October.

Many thanks @Perki I do have iron sulphate but have never quite mastered the ratio. Could you enlighten me please?. Meanwhile I will do a last summer feed for now.
