A lockdown project.

Hello all.

During the recent lockdown I decided to try my hand at woodworking. I always wanted to have a small herb planter and so I designed this and thought I’d share it with you all.

It’s made from a reclaimed bit of decking, a 3D printed soil basket and drip tray and epoxy resin inlays. It fits perfectly on my windowsill.

That's a very attractive planter. It's great to be able to make things that fit a particular spot.

Instinctively I feel if you don't take that to the market, someone will? Could be a lost opportunity!

I have put them on my Etsy store but only sold one so far.

If you offered a range of colours for the stripes people could buy them to suit their decor?
