Hydrangea & Blueberry - companions?

Ive decided my current location for three hydrangea is no good so Im going to move them.  Ive also got three blueberries that have outgrown their pots.  

Both like water and ericaceous, so Im thinking of putting them together?

    Blueberries prefer a bit of sun while hydrangeas prefer more shade, so I'd be a bit wary, but it's hard to be precise.
    If it was a border that was shadier at the back and sunnier at the front, that would probably be fine   :)

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
