Will my rooted rose cutting survive?

I took a cutting off a rose and it rooted but then it dropped the leaves it had when I took the cutting and started growing new tiny ones but the new ones got essentially scorched in my cold frame. Will it like grow more in spring or is it done for good?

Oh, bad luck. It may have found the slings and arrows of life a bit too much for it. You have to treat baby plants rather carefully: not too warm/cold, light/dark, wet/dry and so on. You could always keep your cutting somewhere quiet and wait and see, but I fear it has given up the ghost.
