Capsid bug damage on salvias

Hi.  I have just discovered what a lovely group of plants salvias are but several of them have capsid bug damage. Salvia amistad has a particularly bad attack. Does anyone have an organic way to deal with it?

    squash them.

    Trouble is, I can't see them!    I've gone around different times of says but they must hear me coming!

    Mine must have been bigger or more flagrant. You could get two at once when they were copulating😊
