Dear All
Its spreading to more and more leaves, what is it? Will the pears be affected?

That’s pear rust. Pick off affected leaves and bag or burn them. I get it on my pear ... if you keep on top of it it doesn’t seem to do any real harm.
It has an unusual lifecycle starting out on juniper trees and spreading to pears.
A neighbour felled her juniper during the winter and my tree has had fewer spots of rust this year 😃
