Plant identification from a Russian website

    Reminds me of one  that grows amongst  the council's mix of wild flowers that in our area are sown at random in swathes along the side of the motorways.

    It is phacelia tanacetifolia. Thanks @rock_hen. Looking it up, I see its everyday name is fiddleneck phacelia or, for some, blue tansy. It’s used as a green manure, is loved by bees and survives temperatures down to -28°C.

    The photos of photos that I posted were not good quality so I understand the cleome suggestion K67.
