Hello! Any advice on getting a old fruit tree stump out, plum tree is being stubborn ! Or should I just keep on digging

A long heavy crowbar with a pointed end that you can jab between the roots and wiggle to loosen the soil is great if you can get hold of one. It also works as a lever once you have excavated enough soil on one side.
