scarifiers
I am looking for a very light but efficient scarifier, suitable for a 'vertically challenged' 70year old.

Following a recommendation on this forum I bought this one earlier this year ... and I'm very pleased with it.

I'm only 5' 4" and am able to manage it fine .... It's 9.9 Kg which isn't too bad ... and folds up for storage.

and coincidentally I used it today.
Here's the damage, and I got just over 1 cu m thatch out
I'll give it a light mow tomorrow to remove the rest of it then scarify again in about a week going from left to right.
It's the 1st time in 3 years I've done it due to poor weather
I have a dog (bitch) and there are wee spots all over, so it's not in very good nick anyway

In the Which? review of scarifiers the Bosch was in 2nd place with a score of 72% but it was beaten by the Wolf-Garten which scored 82%.
