The world would be a much worse place without the BBC and it seems very much as though this is what the current government wants to see.

Trump puts a strange voice on where he sounds like he's trying to get a toddler to lie down and go to sleep for the night but comes across as a very sinister creature with candyfloss for hair that would scare the **** out of a grumpy tot.

He must be a gift to any impressionist  :D whatever will they do if Biden gets elected?  Although that is feeling like a bit of a non-event just now, unless he is another Jimmy Carter?  Voted in 'cos they all want some peace.

Just look at what they dole out on Saturday nights and what gets the highest viewing figures. Strictly,  X factor. Britain's got talent, The voice,  Dumbing down???? surely not??

Are any of those any worse than the Generation Game and Blankety Blank which folk seem to remember fondly from Saturday night BBC ... or even Opportunity Knocks and the Golden Shot from the other side. All incredibly trite but apparently that was the golden age of tv 🙄

Not for me.  Hated all that stuff even before I was "27".   I like Strictly cos it's ballroom (sort of) dancing but even that's padded out so much with utter cr*p that it's irritating.
