Damn Sainsbury's again  We'd booked a delivery between 9pm and 10pm to give us time to get the kids to sleep and have a quick dinner before it arrived. 10 minutes after we'd started to settle the kids off the door starts banging and the dog starts barking. It was only 8pm and we can't leave the kids so nothing we can do about it. Lots more banging, barking and eventually the driver leaves a message on my wife's phone to say he's heading back to the depot as his chiller is broken. Calling to ask if he could turn up early clearly wasn't an option. Another hour on the phone to customer services tonight to get it cancelled and refunded while both of us are trying to catch up on work, another hour to sort out a shop with Asda instead and I'll probably lose another hour of work tomorrow to go and pick up it up. Still they gave us a £10 voucher for our trouble. I'm sure the delivery that we spend it on won't be a huge waste of time again...

Dove, he finnaly got a call from "wages" said they had "overpaid" him his holiday, BUT he hasn't had  any. The other grump, I rang "Flowers by Post", who promised to contact DPD and get back to me, no they did't, also did not get anymore updates from DPD, the flowers were actually delivered yesterday, to my gardening friend, and she says they are lovelly and I am a naughty girl, VERY long ime since I have been called that!!
Last year I bought three Pyracantha plants all labelled as the ones I wanted with red berries, I don't particularly like the gaudy orange berries, so what have i got yes, all orange berries. I didn't keep the labels so have no way of proving that I bought them from that particular GC, but OH now says he may be able to find the sales tickets! He keeps EVERYTHING.Â
I agree about Sains we had delivery book for 11 am driver came at 9 we think he must have had another in our road. Biggest problem is all the items that are not available. Will be glad when the grand kids go home & we can go back to shopping ourselves so we get what WE want.Â
I was sent an email from an online supermarket advertising a sale on some of the organic chocolate I normally buy from them. I clicked the link to see what the sale covered and accidentally ended up on their general organic products section which was promoting organic, vegan oil lubricant. I found this odd as I didn't know they sold stuff for cars. The penny dropped when the next line down was selling vegan condoms  This sent me down a rabbit's hole (excuse the phrasing) of finding out why condoms arent' vegan if they're made of tree sap and apparently part of the problem is that they're tested on animals. I assume they don't mean actually tested on animals though right?  I also found out that some companies still use lamb skin to make condoms which are obviously a lot less vegan. I checked a website and there were a lot of reviews complaining that they smell a bit... sheepy. Anyway I didn't get any chocolate

I suppose I should just turn the location tracking facility off now - I had left it on, just to see what the data showed.
I hope the police don't put any faith in this data when dealing with criminals. My record of where I've been is just nonsense - and doesn't even agree between the EMail sent to me and the expanded data shown in a browser.
Trips I've never made show, trips I have made don't show. Absolutely dire.
No wonder the gov had issues with getting an electronic covid procedure working if the tech companies' data is rubbish.
