Can someone identify this grass?

Preparing lawn with little normal grass in it. Does this grass need to be dug up or will yellow rattle take care of it when I plant wildflowers?

Its very difficult to work out ( need a clearer photo ) but I reckon its a carex pendula

Pretty sure that’s field woodrush. Bit of a pain to manage. Thrives where thatch is present. Selective lawn weed killers are generally ineffective but applying lime in autumn is recommended or dig it out but that can be prohibitive depending on how much you have. We have been battling it ourselves.
