Can anybody advise on why my leaves are turning brown? It’s got plenty of water and in a nice light area. It’s even sprouting new leaves but I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong?

    Have you checked the roots? Could be the angle but the pot looks small. Might need a bigger home.

    Also, is the pot in a pot? Is it sitting in water as it won't have anywhere to drain to?

    I agree that the pot seems very small for the size of the plant and that when it is inside another pot it is difficult to see what is happening and this can oftern lead to the plant sitting in water.  Usually when leaves go brown at the tips like this it is because the atmosphere around them is too dry.  You could try grouping several plants together to form a moist microclimate, misting regulalry, or sitting the plant on a tray of pebbles or clay granules (Hydroleca) which are kept moist so that the water evaporates and keeps the air around your plant moist without it actually sitting in the water.
