Mail order seeds

I can't find many seeds I'd like to grow in the GC's here. There's no winter sprouting broccoli for example and the flower range is so limited. I've been looking for some yellow rattle for 2 years now.

I have come to the conclusion that I need to use UK seed merchants by mail. I've had bad experiences with Thompson and Morgan so won't be using them.

Which ones would you recommend?

Chiltern's and Mr Fothergill have both done well by me.

Better to shop online too, as they don't put many pics in their paper catalogues

Always recommend Seedaholic they give such detailed advice and also history of the plant.
Have also used Chiltern seeds.

I would also recommend Kings seeds for good value vegetable and sweet pea seeds, Franchi Seeds of Italy for interesting varieties and large packets and Marshalls for vegetables and fruit.

Chilterns Seeds also for me but I've had success with seeds from Nicky's Nursery too for varieties that I've not been able to find at Chilterns.
