    That is what we thought, But the only pink one is not on our list of plants that we have bought. Thanks.

    The plant may have been mislabelled. It happened to me and I didn’t realise it until the plant flowered. Did you buy any Caryopteris at all?

    From where it is planted which is far too close to a big Weigela and not at all where we would put it, we are guessing that it is one of the few plants that were here when we moved in. Having said that, we ought to have seen it flower last August, but it did not. No, neither of us remember buying any Caryopteris and it is not on the list of plants we make when we do  go buying things.
