Does anyone know what this small tree is called?

This small tree closes its flowers at night and they open in the morning. I thought it might be a Rose of Sharon but Iā€™m not sure. Any ideas? Thanks šŸ˜Š

    It may well be a standard solanum of some variety

    I think that is Lycianthes Rantonnetii, Blue Potato Bush. A tender shrub.
