What's your favourite chutney recipe?

It's that time of year when there is a glut of all sorts of things in the garden that need using up, so I thought I'd ask you all what your favourite chutney recipe is?

I currently have a batch of Constance Spry's mint chutney on the stove, to use up some of the windfall apples and mint (sorry, couldn't find an online link to the recipe). I'm also rather fond of Jamie Oliver's Indian Tomato Chutney (https://www.foodandhome.co.za/recipes/indian-tomato-chutney). I'm always on the lookout for new recipes though, so what are your favourites?

I'm just back from being away a week, and everything has ripened. So today made plum jam and froze french beans, tomorrow its soup both cucumber (10 to pick) and tomato (just picked 37 big ones)

With a lot of cucumber, I chop them , add a bit of finely chopped onion, and then coat them with that thick Skyr yoghurt and a load of chopped mint. Makes a nice dip or a side on a salad.
