MD Garden

Yes I do agree MD garden is very untidy he recently showed a area of his garden that was totally overtaken by Ladys Mantle this was at the edge of both sides of a path & as you can imagine the path was unusable, MD oozed about the growth of the ladys mantle which in my opinion is a thug if not looked after & his was not looked after, it is a beautiful plant if it is kept in check, why have a path if you can not use it?, he has so many plants that when he gets a new plant finds a totally unsuitable place & bangs it in, like the tree ferns he planted a couple of years ago in a very overcrowded place & the jewel garden is too large with no structure so looks a mess, MD is very likeable & knows a lot about Veg, wildlife, Compost etc but as a garden designer he is not in the same league as Adam Frost who I love to watch for his garden design abilities.

None of the path are wide enough for 2 people to walk side by side. ( even those which are not overgrown )
I can only guess Mrs Don never walks round the garden with him?
    Devon.
  • Yes that is true his paths are very narrow indeed & have you noticed the trip hazard?, a  stone sphere which is right in the middle of one of his paths?.
