Advice to tomato growers

    Superb!  But OH works for Pro Cook and gets a good staff discount so it cost us about thruppence ... but they do have some remarkably good special offers 👍 
    I'm not that keen on serrated knives as they are a pain to sharpen, even with a suitable hand sharpener (I use a Lansky Blade Medic).

    I have a full set of Procook X50 knives as a gradually purchased treat, and use either the Paring or the Utility or the small Santoku for tomatoes - and they are all fine if suitably sharp. The only ones I miss are a springy breadknife for crusty loaves (which do not seem to be in fashion) and a filleting knife for fish which is not made in X50.
