Mislabelled shrub ID please

in Plants
We bought this shrub a couple of years ago and it was labelled as Clethra Alnifolia Ruby Spice. When it flowered we realised that it wasn't this shrub at all. The garden centre did provide us with the correct shrub free of charge but we still don't know what this one is.
Any ideas please.

Definitely not Clethera.
It is a Clerodendrum sp...probably Clerodendrum trichotomum.
Try crushing a leaf and smelling it...it should smell horrid.
On larger trees the flowers in a mass smell divine.

Looks like it gets huge too but despite that I really dislike it so it will be going. I'll see if any of my neighbours would like it instead or even my son who has moved to a new house with nothing in the garden. I just didn't want to pass it on without knowing what it was.
Then after the flowers you get the metallic blue berries...and enlarged red calyx
They look fab as a tree on a single trunk...yes it can get large.
