Strawberries please help

I have been amassing strawberrys plants from runners most of the year and my greenhouse is now full because of this in have tried to plant some of the plants outside as I figured they would grow better and it gives me room for more runners etc. They were fine for a week but now they have started drooping and I have no clue what to do next pictures are attached

It's probably just the shock of being transplanted in the heat of Summer, and nothing to worry about.  Just keep well watered, and you should find that they will bounce back.  Later in the Autumn would be a better time to plant them in the ground, whilst the ground is still warm, but so that they have enough time to acclimatise before Winter sets in.

Agreed - that's happened to a couple of mine when I've shifted them. They just have a rest and then perk up when they feel better. I find strawberry plants are hard to kill and good at multiplying.

You can also take some of the bigger leaves off. That'll make it easier for them to thrive, especially if you're in a drier area.
They'll recover anyway - tough as old boots, strawberrries  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Remember not to bury the crown as well, it looks like (on my phone, so photos are harder to see) some are planted quite deep.
