    It might be some type of Amaranth. Some are weeds and some are edible like Chinese Spinach. See what others think.

    I agree, looks like amaranth species - some types are used in birdseed, if you didn't plant any seeds.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
