When is the best time if year to dig up and relocate a honeysuckle plant?

    Autumn - when it has a good chance of establishing due to decent rainfall.

    If it's really struggling badly in some way, you can cut it back and move it now though, especially if you live somewhere with good, regular rainfall.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
