Hiya you Knowledgable lot,  can anyone tell me what this is,  as much as I love the little palm tree tops it’s ruining my path..!!

    You could try spraying it with a mix of acetic acid or vinegar, salt and a squirt of washing up liquid. Don't use that mix in cultivated soil only driveways.
