Fresh Horse manure

I have just been given 20 sacks of fairly fresh Horse manure.
1)  If I store it in an old compost bin. Should I put some plastic on the bottom
to stop the moisture leeching out.
2)  Should I mix it with anything such as Grass Clipping etc

I do not intend using it until the Spring Time.

Thanks

I would just stack it in a quiet corner of the garden to rot down.

adding grass clippings might make it a bit slimy. If you know a tree surgeon , adding wood chippings would be good.
Manure is high in Nitrogen, as are grass clippings, Wood chippings are high in carbon, so they're better . If you can layer it up, lasagne style, that's perfect
