Plant looking worse for wear...

I've attached two images - one from the zoopla of the house when we moved in (plant looking luscious) and one now (plant has gone droopy and lack lustre...). Please could you help me with what this plant is and how I can bring it back from death's door? Is there a way to trim it back and give it new life? Thanks so much!

    Looks thirsty and starved to me.  Have you watered it at all ?  It needs more than a dribble and feed too to maintain a plant like that in a container.
