Grapevine poorly

What is happening to my grapevine. It was doing well. But is loosing all its lower leaves and I’m not sure what has happened to the fruit. This is only second year I’ve had it. It was here when I moved in and I moved it to south facing. It really took off but these problems about 3 weeks

    In a pot like that, it needs a regular supply of water. Irregular watering results in split grapes.  You may be able to save the rest if you drastically thin the bunch. Take out the tiny green ones, and  all the split ones. You need fine pointed scissors to do that.  The tiny ones won't develop. The split ones go mouldy and affect all touching grapes.  Any leaves more than two leaves after the bunch of grapes can be taken off.
