    Harvest them and break up into florets and put in a big bowl of salted water for half an hour.  Rinse, blanch and freeze or cook. 
    They’ll be fine 👍

    Currently boiling alive any remaining critters 😂 Blanching in process. I was surprised by the presence of woodlice, earwigs and a millipede 🤔
