When to plant out Lupins, Echinacea and Helleniums

Hello,

New to the forum. Please be gentle...

After some excessive seed planting earlier during lockdown, I’ve now got a few dozen fairly healthy Lupin, echinacea and Hellenium plants in pots (See below).
I’ve read that you shouldn’t plant helleniums out after June as they’re unlikely to survive the winter. However, what about the other two? Shall I plant them out now? Or shall I overwinter them in the greenhouse and plant out in spring?

Any advice would be welcome.

    The Lupins and Echinacea will be fine planted out, keep well watered and they should develop good roots during the autumn, giving you big plants next year.

    I would plant out the Hellenium as a larger plant next spring.

    Okay thanks! And do you think I should keep the helleniums in the greenhouse overwinter?
